The Fallbrook Homeowners Association wishes to remind our current residents and assure prospective homeowners that we are here to uphold our commitment to community living; living in harmony with one another and with our surroundings. As homeowners ourselves, we have a stake in maintaining focus on the vision of a carefully planned, mixed-use lving experience. The Fallbrook HOA is here for you – to keep your, our, neighborhoods beautifully comfortable, safe and enjoyable.

| $425.00 | for all homeowners (maintenance of common area and trails) |
| $100.00 | for homeowners located on alley lots (snow removal from alley) |
| $360.00 | for homeowners not in the townhome association but located on Bushclover, Snowberry or Windflower (street fee assessment) |
| $1,500.00 | for all homeowners in the townhome association ($125 monthly) |

Numerous opportunities are available for the homeowners to become involved with their Association. You may volunteer for one of the committees or attend any of the meetings throughout the year. The Homeowners Association Board meets quarterly and holds an annual all association meeting in January.
